By accessing or using Vexa Healthcare ('we', 'us', 'the Platform'), operated by Twinred Health India (OPC) Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Vexa connects users with verified, third-party healthcare professionals (nurses and caregivers) for home-based services. We act as a facilitator only and are not a hospital, clinic, or licensed medical provider.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a service. By booking, you confirm that you have the authority to engage healthcare services on behalf of the patient.
All bookings are subject to nurse availability. Pricing is displayed at the time of booking. Payment may be collected before, during, or after service delivery as indicated. You agree to pay all applicable taxes.
All caregivers listed on Vexa undergo identity verification, credential checks, and background screening. However, Vexa does not guarantee any specific medical outcome and is not liable for clinical decisions made by service providers.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one hour of service.
You agree not to harass, mistreat, or attempt to engage caregivers outside the Platform. Doing so may result in account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinred Health India (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
