Cancellation Policy

1. By the Customer

You may cancel a booking at any time before service delivery. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. To cancel, go to Dashboard → Bookings → Cancel, or email care@vexahealthcare.in.

2. By the Nurse

In the rare event a nurse cancels, Vexa will assign a replacement at no extra cost. If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund.

3. By Vexa

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud, safety concerns, or operational issues. A full refund will be issued promptly.

4. Emergency Cancellation

Cancellations due to a medical emergency or hospitalisation will be processed as a full refund with documentation.
