To provide and improve services, match you with appropriate caregivers, process payments, send communications, generate AI health insights, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
We share necessary booking and care information with assigned nurses. We do not sell your data. We may share with payment processors, law enforcement when required, and service providers operating under strict confidentiality.
All sensitive health data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based and audited. We follow industry best practices aligned with HIPAA principles and India's DPDP Act 2023.
You have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@vexahealthcare.in to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies which you can disable via your browser settings.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 except through a parent/guardian booking care services for them.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years thereafter for legal and regulatory purposes.
